• Receiving a defective product
• Product damaged or broken due to shipping

3. Damaged or Broken Items

• Items damaged or broken by the shipping company will be replaced at no additional cost.
• Any damage must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the order.
• Failure to report within the specified timeframe may result in rejection of the request.

4. Conditions for Replacement

• The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
• Replacement requests are processed within 7–10 business days after confirmation.
• Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is required.

5. Refund Policy

• Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days.
• Refunds are issued using the same payment method used during purchase, where applicable.
• Shipping and Cash on Delivery fees are non-refundable.
