15. Shipping Policy

A. Shipping

• Orders are shipped via local courier companies within Egypt.

• Reshipping due to incorrect information is charged to the customer.
• No changes are allowed after shipment.

B. Delivery Time

• 3–7 business days (up to 14 days in exceptional cases).
• Official holidays are not included.
• Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days.

16. Returns & Exchanges Policy

Due to the nature of personal care, hair, and skincare products, returns or exchanges are not accepted.

Returns or replacements are accepted only in the following cases:

• Receiving an incorrect item
• Receiving a defective item

• Damaged or broken items caused by the shipping company will be replaced at no additional cost.
• Any damage must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the order.
• Replacement is processed within 7–10 business days, provided the item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
• Proof of purchase is required.

17. Shipping Guarantee

Products prone to damage are covered by our shipping guarantee at our expense.

18. Delivery Schedule

• Orders are confirmed within 24 hours via phone or WhatsApp.
• The customer must reply with “Confirm”.
• Shipping operates 6 days per week (excluding Friday).
• Delivery occurs within 3–7 days after confirmation.

19. Delivery Procedures

• A signature or electronic confirmation may be required.
• Any person present at the delivery address may receive the order.

20. Amendments to Terms

• Invalid clauses do not affect the remaining terms.

• Payment includes product price, shipping fees, and Cash on Delivery service fees.
