We ship orders within the Arab Republic of Egypt only using trusted local courier companies.

2. Order Confirmation

• All orders are confirmed within 24 hours via phone or WhatsApp.
• The customer must reply with “Confirm” to proceed with shipping.
• Orders that are not confirmed may be canceled automatically.

3. Shipping Schedule

• Shipping is available 6 days per week (Saturday to Thursday).
• No shipments are dispatched on Fridays or official public holidays.

4. Delivery Time

• Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days after order confirmation.
• Delivery may take up to 14 business days in exceptional cases.
• Official holidays are not included in delivery time calculations.

5. Shipping Fees

• Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) service fees may apply.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

6. Incorrect Shipping Information

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.
• Incorrect information may result in delivery delays or failure.
• Reshipping due to incorrect information will be charged to the customer.

7. Order Changes After Shipping

Once an order has been shipped, no changes, cancellations, or address modifications can be made.

8. Shipping Guarantee

Products that are prone to damage during transportation are covered by our shipping guarantee at our expense.

9. Delivery Procedure

• A signature or electronic confirmation may be required upon delivery.
• Any person present at the delivery address may receive the order.

10. Order Refusal

If the customer refuses to receive the order after it has been shipped, the customer is responsible for paying the full shipping cost.

11. Delays & Liability

• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or unforeseen circumstances.
• Melano Pharma is not liable for delivery delays due to force majeure or incorrect customer data.
